Tullo was founded by Dr. Nicholas Schoch, a practicing orthopedic surgeon with a passion for innovation and education. His vision was to create a platform that fosters medical advancement through collaboration—blending scientific insight, procedural refinement, and the development of inventive implants and surgical tools.

With over 25 years of experience specializing in knee and shoulder surgery, as well as extensive work in resident training and teaching, Dr. Schoch brings a deep understanding of both the operating room and the classroom. His relentless drive for simpler, more consistent, and reproducible surgical outcomes led to the creation of Tullo.
